Gården blev i 1946 købt af Martinus Center, der havde den som hotelpension under Kosmos Ferieby indtil 1953. Holbæk Amt købte derefter bygningen og indrettede den som rekonvalescenthjem for patienter fra Nykøbing Sygehus. Dr. Schads Legat betalte driften af hjemmet, der kunne have 25 patienter boende. Det lukkede i 1990, hvorefter der var Idrætshøjskole på stedet. Ejendommen huser nu (2012) Klintsøgård Idrætsefterskole.

I 1946 køber Kosmos Ferieby "Klintsøgård", hvortil der hører nogle hønsehuse opført i 1942-43. Centret bygger dem om til beboelsepavillioner omkring år 1949.

Det såkaldte "Bondehuset", hvor der førhen boede en mand ved navn Johansson. Huset kan nu lejes i forbindelse med ophold på centret.
