Dette var nu sket, og de laveste Tilbud udviste følgende Summer:<br /> <br /> Murerarbejdet: Murermester L. R. Larsen 11,896 Kr.<br /> <br /> Tømrerarbejdet: Tømrermester J. L. Olesen 5985 Kr.<br /> <br /> Snedkerarbejdet: Savværksejer L. S. Poulsen 3692 Kr.<br /> <br /> Malerarbejdet: Malermester Chr. Petersen 1640 Kr.<br /> <br /> Blikkenslagerarbejdet: Blikkenslager Jul. Hansen 796 Kr.<br /> <br /> Vand- og Gasindlæg – W. C.: Blikkenslager A. Bendtsen 1126 Kr.<br /> <br /> Elektrisk Installation: Installatør P. Larsen 900 Kr.<br /> <br /> Kloakarbejdet: Entreprenør J. Nielsen 675 Kr.<br /> <br /> Til uforudsete Udgifter, herunder Kurstab, Hegn og Arkitekthonorar, er beregnet 4790 Kroner, hvorved Byggesummen kommer op paa 33,000 Kr. eller netop det Beløb, som den forrige Generalforsamling satte som Maksimum.<br /> <br /> Planen gav i Aftes Anledning til en kort Forhandling. Formanden, Malermester P. M. Christoffersen var syg, hvorfor Næstformanden, Rebslager Andersen, paa Bestyrelsens Vegne anbefalede at lade Nybygningen opføre, idet man saa tænkte sig, at den ene af Lejlighederne skulde beboes af en Pedel og de øvrige fem Lejligheder udlejes til en Lejesum af 250 Kroner pr. Stk., hvilket vilde dække Udgiften til Forrentningen af de 20,000 Kroner, det blev nødvendigt at laane.<br /> <br /> Urmager Andersen: Jeg ser, at de er regnet med Kakkelovne. I Stedet burde der indrettes Centralvarme.<br /> <br /> Rebslager Andersen: Det vil fordyre baade Anlæget og Driften, og jeg er ikke sikker paa, at de gamle Mennesker vil være glade for Centralvarme.<br /> <br /> Blikkenslager Bendtsen: Et Centralvarmeanlæg vil koste ca. 3000 Kr., og i en Bygning som denne vil der blive den Skavank, at de alle maa bidrage lige meget til Opvarmningen. Men enkelte af de Gamle er maaske bortrejst i Maaneder, og saa vil de føle sig forurettede.<br /> <br /> Med alle Stemmer mod Urmager Andersens vedtoges det at holde sig til det gamle Kakkelovnssystem, og derefter vedtoges det enstemmigt at lade Nybygningen opføre.<br /> <br /> <br /> [[Kategori: Foreninger]]</div>
