Huset har formentlig afløst en tidligere bindingsværksgård p...&#039;</p> <p><b>Ny side</b></p><div>Klintevej 2 / Rørvigvej 1, [[Nykøbing Sjælland]].<br /> <br /> Hjørnegrunden har været bebygget tilbage i 1700-tallet.<br /> <br /> Huset har formentlig afløst en tidligere bindingsværksgård på grunden omkring midten af 1800-tallet.<br /> <br /> Ved årtusindskiftet 1800-1900 blev her indrettet købmandsbutik med indgang i det til lejligheden afskårne hjørnefag.<br /> <br /> Omkring 1870 blev butikken nedlagt, og gadesiden ombygget med forhøjet murkrone, og ændret fagdeling.<br /> <br /> Det var en grundmuret hjørneejendom med kælder under længe langs Rørvigvej, opført i en etage, og med halvvalmet, opskalket vinkeltag, der langs gadesiden mod Rørvigvej er hævet på høj trempel.<br /> <br /> Indrettet med erhvervslokaler og beboelse under tag.<br /> <br /> Bygningen er opført i flensborgsten over en pudset markstenssokkel, men står væsentlig ombygget i gadesiden i normalsten.<br /> <br /> Gadesiden står rustikpudset og hvidmalet, og med aftrappet gesims.<br /> <br /> Gårdsiden står gulkalket og ligeledes med aftrappet gesims.<br /> <br /> Taget er hængt med vingetegl.
