Gartneriet er paabegyndt i 1933 ved leje af ca. 1/2 ha tidligere<br />
Landbrugsjord, der i Efteraaret 1932 er blevet tilplantet med ca.<br />
150 F rugttræer, navnlig Æbler.<br />

Indehaveren er Henry Jensen, som er født 14.4. 1915 i Hønsinge, søn af Gaardejer Niels Jensen - og uddannet i Vig Planteskole samt hos H. Chr. Petersen i Hellerup.<br />

Jorden er let muldet, og der er nylig plantet Læbælte af Tjørn og<br />
Mirabeller. Der findes 1 Drivhus og 18 Vinduer, ialt ca. 80 kvadratmeter<br />
under Glas.<br />
<br />
Og der dyrkes Grønsager som Selleri, Kaal, Tomater,<br />
jordbær og Hindbær, Chrysanthemum m. m., som afsættes ved<br />
