De syv fag sandsynligvis svarende til boligen der var nyopført 1865, mens de fire østlige fag på dette vtidspunkt var gamle. Grunden svarer til Degnegårdens tofte øst for gården, og gadehusene på denne grund har frem til Degnegården nedlægges i begyndelsen af 1800-tallet, hørt under denne.<br /> <br /> Forhuset står i blank mur af røde sten over støbt sokkel. Originale vinduer og døre. Tagets udhæng er i langsiderne båret af udkragede spærrender. I tagets rygning er en blankmuret skorstenspibe.<br /> <br /> Sidelængerne står hvidpudset over støbte sokler.
